Lakeville Best Buy Cup Tournament Director

Do you like to plan big events? Lakeville Soccer Club seeks an energetic and passionate person to run the LSC soccer tournament. Depending on qualifications, contracted compensation is negotiable.

This is a specific list of duties that will be included in the Tournament Director’s duties:

Oversee the general operations of the tournament
Scheduling
Promotion/Marketing
Tracking team entries and coordinating team check-ins
Organization of vendors and activities and obtaining or maintaining sponsorships
Communicating with teams
Organizing site facilities
Responsible for the recruitment, scheduling and oversight of event volunteers
Finalizing game brackets
Creating a positive tournament experience for the fans and participants
Resolving any conflicts amicably
Other duties as assigned
