The Lakeville Soccer Club offers an In-House program for boys and girls of all abilities, for ages preschool to sixth grade. The goal of the program is for children to have fun while learning the game of soccer and developing their skills. The LSC In-House program is recognized by the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association as one of top programs in the state. The average number of participants per season is 1,000, playing on over 130 teams.
With the exception of the Soccer Tots (preschool), boys and girls do not play together. Volunteer coaches are key to the success of the program.
Without adequate volunteers, rosters will be limited and children will be turned away. If you are interested in coaching, please indicate when you register your child. A pre season coaching clinic is offered to all volunteer coaches. Coaches may also request additional assistance from the Club's Coach Mentor.
Prior to the Spring Season, individual training sessions are offered to all participants. Winter Training is also offered to our In House players who wish to prepare for advancement to competitive soccer or who just wish to improve their soccer skills.
The In-House regular program season lasts six weeks and is offered both Spring and Fall. Practices are scheduled by coaches and not the program management staff. Usually practices are scheduled during the week; the number will depend upon the coaches. Games are on Saturdays at locations to be determined each season. Game times will vary over the course of the season.
The Soccer Tots program is offered in the Spring and runs four one hour Saturday sessions at a site to be determined.
