Travel Level Coaching Positions
Academy Level Coaching - Head Coach (U9-U12)
U9 – U12 Academy teams represent the most competitive teams in a given age group. Coaches at this level will be our most qualified and experienced in the game. Training sessions for Academy groups take place 2x/week in Fall/Spring, and 1-2x/week in Winter. Teams also participate in 2-3 tournaments and 1 State competition which take place on the weekend each season. The spring season for these teams goes from March through July. Additionally, Academy team coaches are responsible for winter training which takes place in January and February. Teams will train twice per week outdoors with one pre-season tournament before moving to the spring training schedule.
Academy team coaches are expected to facilitate a fun, positive, and professionally structured learning environment for the players on their team. Coaches should have a considerable background in both playing and coaching soccer, and be able and willing to communicate with players, parents and technical and administrative club staff. Coaches will be educated in and expected to implement the Lakeville SC player development philosophy, methodology and curriculum.
Pay: Compensation is dependent upon licensing and/or experience.
Select Level Coaching - Head Coach (U13-U19)

Teams will train 2-3x per week outdoors with one pre-season tournament before moving to the spring training schedule.

Coaches looking to lead U16+ Select age groups must have experience with navigating the college recruitment process. This includes individual player guidance for college program selections, awareness of NCAA timelines, developing good communication with college coaches, and going above and beyond to help players set and achieve their collegiate playing goals.

Competitive Level Coaching - Head Coach (U9-U19)
U9 – U19 Competitive Coaches are responsible for running training sessions and leading games for a team of competitive male and/or female players. Training sessions for these groups take place 2x/week in Fall/Spring, 1-2x/ week in Winter. Teams also participate in 2-3 tournaments which take place on the weekend each season. The spring season for these teams goes from March through July. Additionally, Competitive team coaches are responsible for winter training which takes place in January and February. Teams will train twice per week outdoors with one pre-season tournament before moving to the spring training schedule.
