The Recreational program is designed for players that are just beginning their journey in soccer, or would like to continue their journey in a fun and safe environment. We accept all levels in technical and tactical abilities with hopes of them improving those skills throughout their participation in this program. Volunteer Coaches Needed

Coaches
Volunteer coaches are key to the success of the program. We need volunteers! Without adequate volunteers, rosters will be limited and children will be turned away. A preseason coaching clinic is offered to all volunteer coaches as well as a practice plans to help coaches create a fun environment where kids can improve their skills. There will also be a Coaches Zoom Meeting that will go over any additional questions.

If you are interested in coaching, please indicate when you register your child.  In the case where multiple coaches are available to the team, the Rec Director will select coaches based on the playing/coaching experience you describe in registrations.  To avoid a plateau in development, the club prefers to see coaches in place with a single team for no more than 2-3 years.

Coach Mandatory Requirements: Background check, SafeSport Training, Concussion Training.

Financial Assistance

Partial scholarships or financial assistance including additional payment plans will be made available to those players that demonstrate a need. Please contact the at Recreation Director for more information.

LSC Scholarship rules do not have any bearing on financial assistance a team may want to provide a player. Applications for LSC scholarships must be in writing to the Rec Director upon request.

All scholarship applications must be submitted prior to or at the time of registration.
