Log in or create an account at GotSport

1. Click “Team Management”
2. Click “Teams” and choose your team
3. Click on the “Team Registrations” tab
4. Click the LSC Fall Cup event (not the Rosters button)
5. Click on the “Registration” tab
6. Click the yellow “EDIT” button
7. Click “Choose File” under Official Roster and upload your official roster
8. Click “Choose File” under Player Passes and upload your player passes, if your association uses these.
9. Follow steps for Guest Player Forms and Permission to Travel Forms, if applicable.

Max Roster Size

U9/U10: 14 Players

U11/U12: 16 Players

U13-U15: 18 Players

Players may not be rostered on more than one team for the weekend.

Check in for Lakeville Tournaments is all online through GotSport.

Teams will need to upload an official roster, player passes (if used) and a guest player form (if applicable - only needed for players NOT in your club).  Your roster will be downloaded, watermarked with the tournament logo, and teams should print FOUR watermarked rosters to use as game cards.

Tournament Rules are based upon FIFA Laws of the Game, as modified by US Club  Soccer Policies and Rules and as further modified by Lakeville Soccer Club. The Tournament Director has the right to modify any tournament rule or schedule  which, in his/her sole opinion, is required for the safe and timely completion of this tournament.
