Meeting Agenda & Member Inquiries

• Open Forum for Members Questions 6:40-7:00 p.m. (if inquiries are submitted below)
• Board Meetings to begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.

The Open Forum is intended for members seeking Board review of matters that have already been addressed through the Club's established processes, including the Conflict Resolution Policy or Code of Conduct Policy, and require further Board attention.

Questions or concerns involving day-to-day club operations, team matters, scheduling, registration, coaching, or other routine administrative issues should continue to be directed to Club staff through the appropriate channels. These matters are generally handled by staff and may not require Board involvement.

Members wishing to address the Board during the Open Forum must submit a Member Inquiry Form no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting. If no eligible inquiries are received, the Open Forum will not be held.
