Elite Performance Training

Our EPT program has a large technical focus, aimed to improve your players individual confidence and ability on the ball.  You can expect a fun, focused, and fast training environment that involves 1,000+ touches on the ball in a single session.  Sessions are split by team levels to ensure best developmental fit for the individual player.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

Please pay close attention to the 'group info' for each session, as this program is split up by team level to ensure the appropriate developmental group is provided. Competitive level travel team indoor schedules will be released no later than mid November.  If the times conflict with your team training sessions, a full refund will be provided!
