What happens next?
After submitting the Player Inquiry Form, please email the Technical Director for your player’s age group and program to let them know you have completed the form. This helps our staff review your information and determine whether there may be an appropriate opportunity within the program. If you're not sure exactly which program is for you, we recommend emailing all Technical Directors that oversee your age group.

Timing & Roster Availability
Lakeville SC's travel program year runs August 1 through July 31. Our primary tryouts are held in July, and roster spots may be limited after the tryout period.
We still encourage interested players to submit an inquiry throughout the year. Roster availability varies by age group and team, and our Technical Directors will follow up regarding potential opportunities and appropriate next steps.
Please note: Completing the Player Inquiry Form does not guarantee a roster spot, tryout, or placement on a Lakeville SC team.
